Welcome to Fairgrounds Animal Hospital
Thank you for choosing Fairgrounds Animal Hospital for all of your pet's medical needs. From vaccinations to advanced surgical procedures the staff here at Fairgrounds look forward to providing you and your pet with the best care possible. Our hospital has been serving the Reno/Sparks area for over thirty years.
Currently we see all species of small animals including avians, exotics and reptiles. Unfortunately we do not see any large animals.
Our hospital hours are Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00pm; Wednesday and Thursday from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm; and some Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm. If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency and our office is closed, please contact the Animal Emergency Center at (775)851-3600.
We have three veterinarians on staff: Dr. Ren Johnson, Dr. Bridget Landon and Dr. Chuck Andrus. Dr. Johnson is in the office Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Dr. Bridget Landon is in the office Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Dr. Andrus is in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and is available for housecalls.
